1Thoroughly clean the Beef honeycomb tripe by rinsing it multiple times under cold running water. Trim any excess fat.
2Place the cleaned Beef honeycomb tripe in a large pot and cover with water. Add 10g of Sal marina, the Ajo, and the Hoja de laurel.
3Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 3 to 4 hours, or until the Beef honeycomb tripe is very tender.
