In a large pot, add the Pork spareribs, enough cold water to cover, 10 grams of Ginger slices, and 20 grams of Scallions sections. Bring to a rolling boil and blanch for 5-7 minutes to remove impurities.

Drain the blanched Pork spareribs and rinse each piece under cold running water to remove any scum.
