1Finely grind the toasted sesame seeds in a mortar and pestle or a small grinder until it becomes a coarse powder. Set aside.
2Carefully remove the seeds from the dried jujube and finely chop the flesh into small pieces. Set aside.
3In a large mixing bowl, combine the sticky rice flour and salt. Gradually add the hot water, mixing with a spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Be cautious as the water is hot.
