1Wash urad dal, chana dal, and toor dal thoroughly under running water. Soak all the dals together in 500 grams of water for at least 30 minutes.
2Drain the soaked dals completely. Transfer them to a pressure cooker. Add 1000 grams of fresh Water, 5 grams of Salt, and 3 grams of Turmeric powder.
3Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles on medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the dals are very soft and well-cooked. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
