1In a small bowl, combine the Dry active yeast with the lukewarm Whole milk and a pinch of Granulated sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy, indicating the yeast is active.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine 500g of All-purpose wheat flour, 100g of Granulated sugar, Mexican cinnamon powder, and Salt. Mix well.
3Add the activated yeast mixture, Large eggs, and softened Unsalted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
