1Thoroughly wash the Hallabong tangerines under running water, scrubbing gently to remove any impurities. Pat them completely dry with a clean cloth.
2Carefully remove the stems and any rough spots from the Hallabong tangerines. Do not peel the skin.
3Thinly slice the Hallabong tangerines into approximately 2-3mm thick rounds. Remove any seeds you encounter during slicing.
