1In a medium saucepan, combine the Water and Rock Sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the Rock Sugar is completely dissolved.
2Once the Rock Sugar is dissolved, reduce the heat to low. Gradually sprinkle the Agar-Agar Powder into the liquid while continuously whisking to prevent lumps. Continue whisking for 2-3 minutes until the Agar-Agar Powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is clear.
3Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the Dried Osmanthus Flowers.
