1Peel the Ripe Nendran bananas and slice each banana lengthwise into two or three pieces, then cut each piece in half crosswise to create manageable fritter sizes.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the All-purpose flour, Rice flour, Granulated sugar, Turmeric powder, Cardamom powder, and Salt.
3Gradually add Water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously to form a smooth, thick batter without any lumps. The batter should be thick enough to coat the banana slices evenly.
