1Thoroughly rinse the alfalfa sprouts under cold running water to remove any impurities. Drain well.
2In a blender, combine the rinsed alfalfa sprouts with 500 grams of water. Blend until the alfalfa sprouts are finely pureed and the mixture is smooth.
3Strain the alfalfa mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a cheesecloth-lined colander into a large pitcher or bowl, pressing firmly on the solids to extract all the liquid. Discard the solids.
