1Rinse the Short-grain rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Place the rinsed Short-grain rice in a bowl, cover with fresh water, and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
2While the Short-grain rice is soaking, prepare the Potatoes by peeling them and dicing them into small 1cm cubes.
3Drain the soaked Short-grain rice well. In a medium-sized pot, add the Sesame oil and heat over medium heat.
