1Clean the Shiitake mushrooms and King Oyster Mushrooms, then slice them into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root ends of the Enoki Mushrooms and separate them.
2Mince the Garlic finely and chop the Green onion into small rounds.
3In a small bowl, combine the Perilla seed powder with Water, stirring until a smooth slurry forms. Set aside.
