Wash the Fresh green beans thoroughly and trim off the ends. You may also snap them in half if they are very long.

Peel the Garlic cloves and lightly crush them with the side of a knife.

Heat the Extra-virgin olive oil in a large, deep skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the crushed Garlic and sauté gently until fragrant and lightly golden, about 2-3 minutes. Do not let the Garlic burn.
