Slice the Beef Sirloin into thin, bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine 30g Soy Sauce, 15g Minced Garlic, 10g Sesame Oil, and Black Pepper Powder. Add the Beef Sirloin and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables: Slice Nappa Cabbage into 5cm pieces. Remove stems from Shiitake Mushrooms and slice them thinly. Separate Enoki Mushrooms. Peel and thinly slice White Radish. Slice Onion thinly. Cut Green Onions into 5cm lengths. Slice Firm Tofu into 1cm thick rectangles.

Prepare the hot pot seasoning paste: In a small bowl, combine Gochujang, Gochugaru, 20g Soy Sauce, 10g Minced Garlic, 5g Sesame Oil, and Perilla Seed Powder. Mix well.
