11. Rinse Basmati Rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the Basmati Rice in 800g of fresh water for 30 minutes. Drain completely before use.
22. Heat 20g of Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the Paneer cubes and fry until light golden brown on all sides. Remove the Paneer and set aside.
33. In the same pot, add the Cashews and fry until golden. Remove the Cashews and set aside. Add the Raisins and fry for a few seconds until they puff up. Remove the Raisins and set aside.
