1Pat dry the White fish fillet thoroughly with paper towels, then cut it into 2.5 cm cubes.
2Finely chop the Scallions and Ginger. Set aside a small portion of chopped Scallions for garnish if desired.
3In a food processor, pulse the cubed White fish fillet until a coarse paste forms. Do not over-process into a smooth puree.
