1To prepare the filling, spread the Black sesame seeds evenly on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven at 150°C for 8-10 minutes, or in a dry pan over medium-low heat until fragrant. Let cool completely.
2Grind the toasted Black sesame seeds into a fine powder using a food processor or spice grinder.
3In a bowl, combine the ground Black sesame seeds, Granulated sugar, and melted Lard. Mix thoroughly until a thick, uniform paste forms.
