1Peel the Chayotes, remove the central seed, and dice them into 2cm cubes.
2Finely dice the White onion and mince the Garlic cloves.
3In a large pot, heat the Olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced White onion and minced Garlic cloves, sautéing until fragrant and softened, about 5 minutes.
