1Soak the Pork neck bones and Pork shoulder in 1000g of cold Water for at least 30 minutes to remove impurities. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
2In a large pot, add the soaked Pork neck bones and Pork shoulder with 2000g of fresh Water. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat for 10 minutes, skimming off any foam.
3Remove the Pork neck bones and Pork shoulder from the pot and discard the initial boiling water. Rinse the pork pieces under cold running Water to remove any remaining impurities.
