1Boil 500 grams Potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them thoroughly. Set aside.
2Heat 15 grams Oil in a pan for the filling tadka. Add 3 grams Mustard seeds and let them splutter.
3Add 2 grams Cumin seeds and 5 grams Curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.
