1Soak 250 grams of whole wheat flour in 1000 grams of water for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
2After soaking, gently knead the soaked whole wheat flour in the same water to extract the wheat milk.
3Strain the wheat milk through a fine-mesh sieve or muslin cloth into a large bowl, pressing out all liquid from the solids. Discard the fibrous residue.
