1Place 10 grams of Genmaicha into a heatproof mug or chawan.
2Pour 150 grams of Hot water, heated to approximately 85°C, over the Genmaicha. Allow the Genmaicha to steep for 3 minutes.
3While the Genmaicha is steeping, heat 200 grams of Milk in a saucepan or using a steam wand until it reaches approximately 60-65°C.
