Pat the Chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels.

Prepare the sauce by combining Koikuchi shoyu, Hon-mirin, Cooking sake, Granulated sugar, grated Garlic cloves, and grated Ginger root in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring continuously until the Granulated sugar is fully dissolved. Remove the sauce from heat and set aside.
