1Rinse the Hulled split mung beans thoroughly and soak them in cold water for at least 6-8 hours, or overnight. Drain the soaked Hulled split mung beans and rinse again.
2Chop the Pork belly into small, approximately 0.5 cm pieces. Season the chopped Pork belly with 10g Soy sauce, 5g Sesame oil, and Black pepper. Set aside.
3Finely chop the Fermented kimchi. Squeeze out excess liquid from the Fermented kimchi.
