1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice flour, finely chopped Green chili, grated Ginger, Cumin seeds, finely chopped Fresh cilantro, and Salt.
2Gradually add Water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously to form a smooth, lump-free batter. The consistency should be thin and pourable, similar to a dosa batter.
3Heat a non-stick tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the tawa with a small amount of Ghee.
