Gradually add Water to the dry ingredients, whisking continuously to form a smooth, lump-free batter. The consistency should be thin and pourable, similar to a dosa batter.

Heat a non-stick tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the tawa with a small amount of Ghee.
