1Prepare the Japanese short-grain rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
2Pat the Pork loin cutlets dry with paper towels. Make shallow cuts along the edges of the cutlets to prevent curling during frying. Season both sides generously with Salt and Black pepper.
3Prepare three shallow dishes: one with All-purpose flour, one with 3 beaten Egg, and one with Panko breadcrumbs.
