1To prepare the filling, heat 10 grams of Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
2Add 200 grams of Freshly grated coconut and 80 grams of Jaggery (from the total) to the pan. Cook, stirring continuously, until the Jaggery melts and the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan, approximately 8-10 minutes.
3Crumble in 100 grams of Khoya and add 2 grams of Green cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the Khoya is fully incorporated and the filling is thick and aromatic. Remove from heat and let the filling cool completely.
