1Cut the Beef brisket into 4-5 cm pieces.
2Blanch the Beef brisket in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse thoroughly under cold water to remove impurities.
3Peel and slice the Ginger into thick pieces. Lightly smash the Garlic cloves. Cut the Scallion into 5 cm lengths.
