1Rinse the Rice Ada thoroughly under running water. Soak the Rice Ada in 500 grams of hot Water for 15 minutes until softened. Drain the Water and set aside.
2In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine the Jaggery with 100 grams of Water. Heat on medium flame, stirring until the Jaggery completely melts and forms a syrup. Strain the Jaggery syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any impurities and set aside.
3In the same heavy-bottomed pan, add the soaked Rice Ada and 400 grams of Water. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the Rice Ada is tender and translucent, approximately 10-12 minutes. Ensure the Rice Ada does not stick to the bottom.
