1To prepare the stuffing, boil or steam the Fresh green peas until tender. Drain and set aside.
2In a small pan, dry roast the Cumin seeds and Fennel seeds until fragrant. Grind them into a coarse powder along with the Ginger and Green chili.
3In a food processor or using a mortar and pestle, coarsely grind the boiled Fresh green peas. Do not make a fine paste.
