1Boil the Potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them thoroughly, ensuring no lumps remain. Set aside.
2Heat 30g of Mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3Add the chopped Onion and sauté until it turns translucent. Then add Ginger-garlic paste and chopped Green chili, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
