Soak the Chana dal in water for 2-3 hours. Drain the soaked Chana dal completely and grind it into a coarse paste without adding any extra Water.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice flour, ground Chana dal, Salt, Red chili powder, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, finely chopped Curry leaves, and crushed Raw peanuts.

Heat the Ghee until it is melted, then add the melted Ghee to the flour mixture. Mix thoroughly with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
