1In a large bowl, combine Atta flour, 50 grams Ghee, and 5 grams Salt. Rub the Ghee into the flour mixture with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
2Gradually add Water, a little at a time, and knead to form a firm, smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
3For the filling, heat 20 grams Cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Cumin seeds and Fennel seeds and let them splutter.
