1Rinse the Medium Poha gently under running water in a colander for about 30 seconds until softened but not mushy. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
2Heat Ghee in a large pan or kadai over medium heat. Add Mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
3Add Cumin seeds and Asafoetida, then immediately add Curry leaves and Green chili. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
