1In a large bowl, combine Okonomiyaki flour and Dashi stock, whisking until smooth to form the batter. Add grated Nagaimo and Eggs, mixing gently until just combined.
2Add the finely shredded Green cabbage, Tenkasu, and chopped Beni shoga to the batter. Mix thoroughly but gently with a spatula, ensuring the ingredients are well distributed without overmixing.
3Heat a large griddle or heavy-bottomed pan to medium heat (approximately 180°C). Lightly coat the surface with Vegetable oil.
