11. Heat the Mustard oil in a heavy-bottomed pot or pan over medium heat.
22. Add the finely chopped Garlic cloves, finely chopped Ginger, and Green chili to the hot oil. Sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
