1Rinse the Large green chili peppers. Make a lengthwise slit on one side of each Large green chili pepper, being careful not to cut all the way through. Carefully remove the seeds and membranes using a spoon or small knife, then set aside.
2Soak the Glass noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes until softened. Drain thoroughly, then finely chop the Glass noodles into 1-2 cm pieces.
3Finely mince the Yellow onion, Garlic, and Fresh ginger.
