1Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onion into 3cm lengths. Mince the garlic. Cut the aged kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Slice the firm tofu into 2cm cubes. Drain the canned tuna.
2In a medium pot, add the sesame oil and heat over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
3Add the aged kimchi to the pot and sauté for 5-7 minutes until it softens and releases its flavors.
