1Soak dried shrimp and dried flounder in separate bowls of warm water for 30 minutes until softened. Drain thoroughly and finely chop the dried shrimp and dried flounder.
2Peel and finely mince garlic, shallots, and ginger.
3Heat 100g vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add chopped dried shrimp and chopped dried flounder, stir-fry until fragrant and slightly crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
