Rinse the Pork Ribs thoroughly. Place the Pork Ribs in a pot of cold Water, bring to a boil, then blanch for 5 minutes to remove impurities. Drain and rinse the blanched Pork Ribs under cold running Water.

Crack the Salted Duck Eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Roughly chop the whites and mash the yolks with a fork.
