1Thoroughly clean the Fresh raw shrimp. Peel the shells and devein each shrimp. Pat them dry completely with paper towels and set aside in a clean, airtight container.
2In a medium saucepan, combine the Korean soy sauce, Water, Mirin, and White sugar. Stir until the White sugar is fully dissolved.
3Add the sliced Garlic cloves, sliced Fresh ginger, roughly chopped Green onions, sliced Cheongyang gochu, sliced Yellow onion, Dried kelp, and Dried shiitake mushrooms to the saucepan.
