1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Atta flour and Salt.
2Gradually add Water, a little at a time, and begin to knead the mixture. Continue kneading until a soft, pliable dough forms. The dough should not be sticky.
3Add 5 grams of Ghee to the dough and knead for another 2-3 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
