1Sift the Hojicha powder into a small bowl or chawan to prevent lumps.
2Add the Hot water to the sifted Hojicha powder. Whisk vigorously with a chasen or small whisk until a smooth, lump-free hojicha paste is formed.
3In a small saucepan, gently heat the Milk over medium heat until it is hot and steaming, but not boiling. Alternatively, use a milk frother to heat and froth the Milk until creamy.
