Wash and thoroughly dry the Potatoes.

Carefully insert one Bamboo skewer lengthwise through the center of each Potato.

Using a sharp knife, start at one end of the Potato and make a continuous spiral cut around the Potato, rotating the Potato as you cut, until you reach the other end. Ensure the cut goes almost to the Bamboo skewer but does not sever the Potato entirely.
