1Rinse 250g Whole Buckwheat Grains thoroughly under cold running water. Place the rinsed Whole Buckwheat Grains in a large bowl and add enough Water to cover them completely. Soak for at least 8 hours or overnight.
2Drain the soaked Whole Buckwheat Grains. Transfer them to a blender with 750g fresh Water. Blend until a smooth slurry is formed.
3Strain the buckwheat slurry through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pot, pressing firmly to extract all the liquid. Discard the remaining solids (husks).
