1Combine active dry yeast and 5g of granulated sugar with 50g of water (from the 280g total) in a small bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine All-purpose flour, the remaining 25g of granulated sugar, and Baking powder.
3Pour the yeast mixture, remaining 200g of water, and Vegetable oil into the flour mixture. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
