Combine 113 g chocolate amargo, 15 g cacao en polvo, 2 g sal kosher, and 206 g leche entera in a saucepan.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly until smooth and slightly thickened.

Stir in 196 g Nata para montar and 10 g Extracto puro de vainilla.
