1Wash the Soybean sprouts thoroughly under cold running water. Remove any discolored or damaged sprouts and trim the root ends if desired.
2Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the Salt to the boiling water.
3Add the washed Soybean sprouts to the boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp. Do not overcook to maintain a slight crunch.
