1Wash the Foxtail millet and Raw rice together thoroughly under running water. Soak them in a bowl with enough Water for at least 4-6 hours.
2In a separate bowl, wash the Urad dal and Fenugreek seeds together thoroughly. Soak them in another bowl with enough Water for at least 4-6 hours.
3After soaking, drain the Water from the Urad dal and Fenugreek seeds. Transfer them to a wet grinder or a powerful blender. Add a small amount of fresh Water and grind to a very smooth, fluffy batter. Ensure the batter is light and airy.
