1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour a 22-24 cm loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
2Place the Raisins in a small bowl and cover them with warm water to rehydrate. Let them soak for at least 10 minutes, then drain thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
3In a large bowl, cream the Unsalted butter and Granulated sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
